Obviously, crime is bad and you shouldn’t do it at all ever. Naughty. But, managing to steal an entire cash machine in the middle of a packed festival with over 80,000 people does seem like quite the feat.
The miraculous theft happened in the main arena at T in the Park in Strathallan Castle, Scotland, in the early hours of Friday. So, it wasn’t even the cash machine in the car park where no one can see it.
Police Scotland say a significant amount of money was stolen. Yikes.
In a statement, T in the Park havesaid:Police have appealed for witnesses following the theft of an ATM machine from the main arena area at T in the Park.
The ATM contained a significant amount of cash and was taken between 12am and 7am on Friday, 8 July. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101.
Police are also investigating the deaths of two teenagers, one male and one female, in separate incidents at the festival.
