SPOILER ALERT. BUT YOU KNEW THAT ANYWAY, WE’RE REALLY ONLY INCLUDING THIS SENTENCE TO KEEP THOSE KEYBOARD WARRIORS AT BAY.
Game of Thrones is creeping its way towards the end of season six. You know what that means? Blood.
We have only three episodes left, and HBO just let us know the titles for each one. This coming week is ‘No One,’ which eludes to those rotten Faceless Men and so we can expect Arya to figure heavily. You’d hope so, seeing as the last thing we saw of her she’d just been stabbed numerous times.
The penultimate episode is ‘Battle of the Bastards.’ Yes, now we’re talking. We can expect Jon Snow, Sansa Stark, and the Wildings to come to blows with Ramsay Bolton and his nasty followers. It’s like a wrestling pay per view, except instead of a championship belt, the winner will be taking the north. Showrunner David Beinoff has previously said that the battle in season six is the biggest and best yet. Bring it on!
The final episode of the season is ‘Winds of Winter.’ As George R. R. Martin is yet to finish writing the book of the same name, we have very little insight into what to expect. What we do know, however, is that it will be 69 minutes long, making it the longest episode ever.
Here’s a preview to next week’s episode.
