Kristen Stewart Get Personal: ‘I’m So Much Happier’ Dating Women

Kristen Stewart opened up about her personal life in a new interview the coming week, revealing that she is “so much happier” dating females publicly corroborating the rampant rumorsabout her sexuality for the first time.

The big moment happened during an interview with Elle UK when the “Twilight” star spoke about her relationship with girlfriend Alicia Cargile and her journey to being more open in how they define themselves together.

Stewart, who was formerly links between “Twilight” co-star Robert Pattinson, told Elle UK that she felt the need to hide everything she did when she was dating humen “because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialized … We were turned into these characters and placed into this ridiculous comic book, and I was like,’ That’s mine. You’re building my relationship something that it’s not.’ I didn’t like that.”

Stewart told Elle UK that when she began dating females, she fretted keeping her personal life concealed communicated that she was ashamed of the nature of her relationships.

“It changed when I started dating a girl, ” she continued. “I was like,’ Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I’m not down with it or I’m ashamed of it, so I had to alter how I approached being in public. It opened my life up and I’m so much happier.’”

When previously questioned about her relationship with Cargile, Stewart declined to define her sexuality. However, she did insinuate that the narratives swirling around their relationship were correct, telling inquisitive minds to “Google me, I’m not hiding.”

In the Elle UK interview, Stewart also states that she is incredibly happy in her current relationship with Cargile. “I think also right now I’m just really in love with my girlfriend, ” she tells. “We’ve broken up a couple of times and get back together, and this time I was like,’ Finally, I can feel again.’”
